Oasis confirmed on 27 August 2024 that Liam and Noel Gallagher would reunite for a stadium tour in July and August 2025. The announcement named 14 UK and Ireland dates; the official archive later recorded a much wider international Live ’25 itinerary. Those shows have all passed: as of 8 October 2026, Oasis’s official homepage promotes Oasis Live ’27 and says its tickets have sold out.
Did Oasis confirm a reunion?
Yes. On 27 August 2024, Oasis announced that Liam and Noel Gallagher would reunite for a stadium tour the following summer. Their joint statement, reported by The Guardian, read: “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”
The release, as reported by The Guardian, said there had been “no great revelatory moment” that ignited the reunion, but rather “the gradual realisation that the time is right.” That is the explanation given in the announcement, not a separately reported interview with either brother. The Guardian also noted that the reunion came 16 years after Oasis split in 2009 and that 2025 marked 30 years since the release of (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?
What were the original Oasis 2025 tour dates?
The initial announcement set out 14 dates in five UK and Ireland cities. The Guardian described them as the domestic leg and reported that plans were being made to take the tour beyond Europe later in 2025.

| City | Country | Initial announcement scope |
|---|---|---|
| Cardiff | Wales | Included in the 14-date UK and Ireland announcement |
| Manchester | England | Included in the 14-date UK and Ireland announcement |
| London | England | Included in the 14-date UK and Ireland announcement |

| Dublin | Ireland | Included in the 14-date UK and Ireland announcement |
The 14 figure refers to the first UK and Ireland announcement, not the total number of shows in the eventual tour. The Guardian’s report did not establish a plan to record new music at the time; that dated report should not be taken as a statement about later plans.
Where did Oasis play on the Live ’25 tour?
Oasis’s official archive, published 4 November 2024, records the expanded Live ’25 itinerary across the UK and Ireland and additional international stops. Its list marks the dated shows sold out.

| Region | Cities in the official archived itinerary |
|---|---|
| UK and Ireland | Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, Dublin |
| North America | Toronto, Chicago, East Rutherford, Los Angeles, Mexico City |
| Asia | Seoul, Tokyo |
| Australia | Melbourne, Sydney |
| South America | Buenos Aires, Santiago, São Paulo |
The official archive lists cities, not a consolidated total of dates in the initial announcement’s format, so the 14-date figure should not be applied to the global itinerary. The archived itinerary is available at Oasis Live ’25.

No. Live ’25 is historical as of 8 October 2026; the 2025 shows have passed, so the original dates are not upcoming ticket opportunities. Oasis’s official homepage currently promotes Oasis Live ’27 and states that its tickets have sold out.
