About the Mini and this date
The New York Times describes the Mini as a smaller version of its Crossword puzzle. Players fill the intersecting white squares by solving Across and Down clues. Forbes and Parade published the same answer set for this date, with matching clues and numbering: Forbes and Parade.
According to the NYT Help Center, weekday and Saturday Minis are released at 10 p.m. EST the previous day; Sunday’s puzzle is released at 6 p.m. EST on Saturday. Under that schedule, this Monday puzzle became available Sunday evening, June 22.
How to play the past puzzle
The NYT Help Center says subscribers can access past Minis in the archive on the web and in the Games app. When a puzzle is completed correctly, it plays music and displays a congratulatory message; a blue star marks completion.
