What the wordplay means
The clearest wordplay is 6-Across: ALGEBRA uses exactly the letters in “A GARBLE,” rearranged. FACET and BID are straightforward definitions. SITES groups the two web addresses in the clue, while several Down entries are familiar compounds or abbreviations.
The answer guides establish ATLANTA as the answer to the city clue, but do not independently confirm the clue’s figure of 71 Peachtree-named streets. The available listings also do not establish a special puzzle theme or the constructor’s intended interpretation.
