Homophones of ways to cook something

BOYLE, BRAYS, SEER, STU. Say them aloud: they sound like boil, braise, sear, and stew.

Why the groups fit

PEEPS points to the candy, linking it with BASKET, DYE, and EGGS as Easter supplies. BELLOWS, POKER, SHOVEL, and TONGS are implements used around a fireplace. The film group draws on the disco-era setting and recognizable style of “Saturday Night Fever”; the entries are associated with the movie, not all titles or names of the film itself.

The final group is based on sound rather than spelling. BOYLE resembles “boil,” BRAYS resembles “braise,” SEER resembles “sear,” and STU resembles “stew.”
