What happened at the altar
Season 9 entered its finale with three engaged couples. Netflix Tudum’s finale interview, published October 25, 2025, says that only the first two couples reached the altar, and that the season was the first in the franchise to end without anyone marrying.

They are no longer a couple. Ali said the relationship chapter was closed, though Tudum labeled her individual status as unclear. Anton said he was living with a girlfriend.
Kalybriah (KB) and Edmond
They are no longer a couple, and both were described as single. The recap says they had a healthy conversation at the reunion and are on good terms. Being on good terms does not mean they are romantically together.

Megan and Jordan
They ended their engagement before the altar. Megan said she had a partner and a baby boy. Jordan described himself as single. The two said they had reconnected as friends.
Annie and Nick
They did not marry and ended their engagement. Annie said she had a serious new relationship, and Nick said he was single.

Madison and Joe
They did not marry. Madison was described as single and Joe as being in a relationship. The recap does not present them as a couple.
Why the season ended without a wedding
Creator Chris Coelen, interviewed by Netflix Tudum on October 25, 2025, offered this explanation: “In Season 9, at least one member of each couple felt their love was not strong enough to overcome the challenges of the real world, and they chose not to get married.”
That framing matches the altar outcomes: in both completed weddings, one partner declined, and the third engagement ended before the day. Coelen’s comment is the creator’s own interpretation of the season, not a finding from an independent study.

- What did each person decide there? One person said yes and one said no in both altar pairs.
- What is each person’s relationship status now? Use the dated reunion recap, not a social media post or a rumor, and note the date.
Friendships, co-parenting, and new relationships with other people do not make a Season 9 pair a continuing couple.
Where to watch
Love Is Blind is a Netflix series, and Season 9 is available there. Viewers who want the full sequence should watch the pod, altar, and reunion episodes in order, since the altar decisions and the reunion statuses only make sense in that context.
