This is a historical Canadian release guide for Crave’s October 2024 lineup—not a list of what is currently streaming. The month combined HBO and Max premieres, Bad Boys: Ride or Die, Canadian Crave Originals, STARZ additions and Crave’s extensive Creepy Cravings Halloween hub. Bell Media noted that schedules were subject to change, and present-day availability should be checked separately.

Halloween on Crave: Creepy Cravings
Crave’s Halloween strategy was larger than a few individual horror premieres. Bell promoted Creepy Cravings, a dedicated Halloween landing page containing what it described as hundreds of hours of curated films, series, classic Halloween episodes and themed collections. The hub launched in late September—Bell materials differ on whether the relevant date was September 27 or October 1—and remained active throughout October.
Its collections included:
- Terrifying TV
- Frightening Films
- Halloween Episodes
- Hallow-queens
- Freaky Franchises
- Masters of Horror
- I Fell in Love with a Monster
- Blood Sucking Binge
- Page to Scream
- Monster Mash
- Your Costume Inspiration
Featured examples included the original Beetlejuice, Practical Magic, The Watchers, A Nightmare on Elm Street, True Blood, Yellowjackets, The Exorcist, The Shining, Jennifer’s Body, Evil Dead, Alien and The Conjuring.

Bell’s French-language Halloween announcement separately described more than 43 horror films being added, including selections associated with Scream, The Purge, Krampus, The Fly, Sinister, Christine and Frankenstein. That promotional count should not automatically be combined with the English-language list.
Important correction: the Beetlejuice remake was not the Crave addition
The Halloween collection included the 1988 original Beetlejuice. It did not represent an October 2024 Crave premiere for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, the 2024 sequel, which was still in theatres at the time. Early wording in one roundup caused confusion and was later corrected.

Frequently Asked Questions
Was Beetlejuice Beetlejuice added to Crave in October 2024?
No. The Halloween collection featured the original 1988 film Beetlejuice, not the 2024 sequel Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
Were STARZ titles included with every Crave plan?
Not necessarily. STARZ was a separately labeled content grouping, so package or add-on requirements may have applied.

The Bottom Line
Crave’s October 2024 lineup was strongest for horror fans, Canadian-content viewers and subscribers interested in HBO, Max and STARZ programming. Its standout additions included Bad Boys: Ride or Die, The Franchise, Salem’s Lot, Caddo Lake and several Canadian Originals—but the calendar should be treated as historical, not as a guarantee of current availability.
