Spoilers for the manga: Invisible Girl is Toru Hagakure, a student in Class 1-A whose Quirk makes her body invisible. During the final battle, a glitch in that Quirk makes her visible at times. VIZ’s official page identifies My Hero Academia Chapter 337, the chapter associated with the reveal.
Who is Invisible Girl?
Invisible Girl is Toru Hagakure, a member of U.A. High School’s Class 1-A. Her Quirk is invisibility: official character profiles describe her body as invisible. Her hero name is also Invisible Girl.
When is Hagakure revealed?
The appearance reveal is associated with Chapter 337 of the manga. VIZ has an official page for My Hero Academia, Chapter 337. Its page identifies the chapter; it does not provide a written account of Hagakure’s appearance. The date shown there for Chapter 338 is December 19, 2021, not a publication date for Chapter 337.
Why can she be seen?
The anime’s official character profile says that a glitch in Hagakure’s invisibility Quirk during the final battle makes her visible at times. That wording describes intermittent visibility, not a permanent change to her Quirk.

The reveal itself is visual; a reader looking for those details should consult the chapter rather than rely on an unsupported verbal description.
