El luchador brasileño Guilherme Gomes Vasconcelos, conocido como “Bomba”, murió a los 38 años. Su fallecimiento se conoció el 15 de octubre de 2024; CNN Brasil informó que fue encontrado en Chicago. En febrero de 2025, MMA Fighting publicó que las autoridades habían determinado que murió por suicidio, citando un informe policial obtenido por TMZ Sports. La cobertura inicial había señalado que la causa no se había divulgado.
Quién era Guilherme “Bomba” Vasconcelos
Vasconcelos era un peleador brasileño de artes marciales mixtas nacido en Belo Horizonte. Compitió en The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil en 2014 y más adelante tuvo actividad en UFC y Bellator. También fue conocido públicamente por su breve relación con la cantante Demi Lovato, un aspecto de su vida que no resume su trayectoria deportiva.
