There is no reliable, medically documented record establishing a “body transformation” for Miss Elizabeth. Photographs can show how her public styling and wrestling presentation changed across her career, but they cannot establish changes in weight, health, surgery, or their causes. This timeline puts those images in context: Elizabeth Hulette’s best-documented career milestones, from her 1985 introduction as Randy Savage’s manager to her later work in WCW.
What a photo timeline can—and cannot—show
Miss Elizabeth was the wrestling persona of Elizabeth Hulette, whom WWE identifies with Louisville, Kentucky, and describes as a mainstay of the 1980s. WWE’s retrospective documents her career and storylines, but it is not a medical or quantitative record. Without dated, credited photographs and reliable measurements, it is not possible to substantiate a body-transformation claim.
In a properly sourced photo comparison, readers can assess details visible in the images—such as clothing, hairstyle, and presentation—alongside each photograph’s verified date, event, and credit. Those details should not be turned into claims about weight, procedures, illness, or the reasons for any apparent difference.
Miss Elizabeth’s career timeline
1985: Introduced as Randy Savage’s manager
WWE dates Savage’s introduction of Elizabeth as his manager to 1985. Her poised presence beside the volatile “Macho Man” became a defining part of their wrestling presentation. A photograph from this period should be identified by its actual event and date rather than treated as an undated “before” image.

WrestleMania IV: On the path to the championship
WWE credits Elizabeth with serving as a calming influence during Savage’s rise to the WWE Championship at WrestleMania IV. The milestone gives images from this era their storyline context: she was not simply a ringside companion, but a central character in Savage’s public narrative.
1991: The Mega Powers, the split, and WrestleMania VII
Elizabeth’s story also intersected with Hulk Hogan through the Mega Powers. WWE recalls her return at WrestleMania VII, where she defended Savage after his retirement-match storyline with Sensational Sherri. Later that year, Savage and Elizabeth married at SummerSlam, according to WWE.

1992–1996: A break, then a return in WCW
WWE says Elizabeth spent four years away before returning to manage Savage in WCW in 1996. That shift marks a distinct career chapter, but a change in promotion or presentation is not evidence of a bodily or medical change.
Later WCW: An association with the nWo
WWE says Elizabeth spent much of her WCW period aligned with the nWo alongside Savage and Hogan. Any image used to represent this era should carry its own verified date, event, and credit; the broad era label alone does not establish when a particular photograph was taken.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to read and caption photos responsibly
- Identify the image: Give the date and event only when a dependable source verifies them.
- Credit the photograph: Name the photographer, archive, or rights holder when that information is available.
- Describe what is visible: Styling and clothing are appropriate observations; inferred weight, procedures, or health conditions are not.
- Keep career context separate from appearance: A storyline, promotion change, or return to wrestling explains the image’s place in her career, not the cause of a perceived physical difference.
WWE’s biography is useful for the career chronology, but it is a promotional retrospective rather than an independent assessment of her appearance or health. The available source record does not establish a measured body transformation, and undated or uncredited images would not fill that gap.
