Qué contó sobre su rutina en aquella entrevista
En los extractos de entrevista reproducidos por People en Español, Geithner describió una rutina que combinaba cardio, Pilates y yoga: «Hago 20 minutos de cardio, algunos ejercicios de pilates y al final yoga». Se trata de lo que ella dijo entonces, no de una rutina vigente confirmada ni de evidencia de que esos ejercicios causaran su apariencia.
También expresó su perspectiva sobre los hábitos y la belleza: «La belleza es un hábito. No es producto de la casualidad. Lo que la gente ve en mí es el resultado de un cambio de hábitos, desde alimenticios como de actitud». Es una declaración personal recogida en esa entrevista, no una recomendación médica o una fórmula comprobada para cambiar el aspecto físico.
