Miley has five siblings in her blended family. Their relationships to her are not all the same:

In 2025, Miley said she and her father had faced challenges and described progress toward healing. In an interview with The New York Times, quoted by ABC News on June 1, 2025, she said, “My dad and I have had our challenges over the years,” and, “I’m at peace knowing bridges have been built and time has done a lot of healing.”
Billy Ray appeared in the 2026 Hannah Montana 20th-anniversary special, where Miley revisited the show from an adult perspective. What has the family said about public speculation?
Public comments describe changing relationships, not a complete account of private family life. Miley has spoken about being affected by her parents’ divorce and later said she felt at peace as relationships healed. Noah has asked that speculation about family tensions be kept in perspective. Speaking to The Independent, she said, “Yeah, it emotionally is draining, but it doesn’t hurt us or touch us.” The Independent reported her comments.
Those statements do not establish the current state of every family relationship. Headlines or online speculation should not be treated as proof of a present-day rift.
