Mahalaga rin ang tindig, eye contact at mga kumpas—kung nakatutulong ang mga ito sa mensahe, hindi kung gaano karami ang galaw. Walang iisang porsiyentong pamantayan para sa lahat ng gawain; dapat tumugma ang rubric sa layunin ng pagtatanghal o pagsusuri.
Ano ang dapat suriin sa pagbigkas ng tula?
Sa pagmamarka, unahin kung nauunawaan at naipapahayag ng mambibigkas ang tula. Ang mga katangiang sinusuri ay magkakaugnay: ang diin at intonasyon ay gumagabay sa kahulugan, habang ang tindig at pagkumpas ay maaaring magpalakas o makagambala sa pagpapahayag.
Interpretasyon at mensahe
Tayahin kung naipakikita ng mambibigkas ang tema at damdamin ng tula, at kung nakabatay sa mismong teksto ang interpretasyon. Hindi kailangang maging dramatiko ang bawat linya; kailangang angkop ang pagpapahayag sa akda.
Tinig at vocal delivery
Pakinggan kung malinaw at sapat ang lakas ng boses, at kung ang tono, bilis, intonasyon at diin ay angkop sa kahulugan. Isama rin ang kontrol sa paghinto at daloy. Ayon sa DepEd Filipino 9 Teacher’s Note para sa SY 2025–2026, mahalaga ang wastong diin upang mabisa ang mensahe at dapat maayos pakinggan ang tinig.

Tindig, tingin at kilos
Suriin kung may kumpiyansa at angkop na tindig, kung nakikipag-ugnayan sa tagapakinig ang tingin, at kung may layunin ang mga kumpas. Binibigyang-diin ng parehong gabay ng DepEd: “Sa bawat pagkumpas ng kamay ay dapat may layunin at kinakailangang damhin ang nais ipahayag ng tula.”
Epekto sa tagapakinig
Tayahin kung nakatutulong ang kabuuang pagtatanghal upang maunawaan at madama ang tula. Ituon ang pamantayan sa epekto ng mga pagpili sa boses at kilos, hindi sa malabong hatol na “maganda.”

Paano gumawa ng malinaw na rubric

Bago magtalaga ng puntos, linawin ang layunin ng gawain. Kung pagsusuri ng tula ang pangunahing layunin, bigyan ng diin ang interpretasyon at pag-unawa sa teksto. Kung pagtatanghal naman, maaaring higit na timbangin ang vocal at pisikal na paghahatid. Ilarawan ang bawat antas sa paraang napagmamasdan, gaya ng “malinaw at angkop ang diin” o “paulit-ulit na nakatago ang mukha,” upang malaman ng mag-aaral kung ano ang dapat panatilihin o baguhin.

Bakit hindi iisa ang porsiyento sa bawat rubric?
Nag-iiba ang pamantayan ayon sa uri ng gawain—halimbawa, pagsusuri ng tono sa tanka at haiku, pagbigkas ng elehiya, spoken-word competition o read-aloud event. Ang isang halimbawa sa search excerpt ng 2024 DepEd Read-A-Thon rubric para sa partikular na read-aloud category ay naglalaan ng 50% sa comprehension, 30% sa paggamit ng tinig at 20% sa pagtatanghal sa entablado. Para lamang iyon sa kategoryang iyon, hindi pangkalahatang pormula sa pagbigkas ng tula. Hindi na-access ang buong PDF, kaya hindi dapat ituring ang mga bahaging ito bilang kumpletong rubric ng kaganapan.
Mayroon ding 2019 spoken-word competition rubric na nagbukod ng pamantayan sa pagsulat at pagtatanghal, batay sa search excerpt ng DepEd Catanduanes Division-hosted copy. Hindi nakuha ang buong dokumento, kaya hindi itinatakda rito ang mas detalyadong pamantayan o puntos nito. Gamitin ang mga halimbawang ito bilang paalala na iakma ang rubric sa layunin, at huwag pag-isahin ang magkakaibang weighting.

Paano iugnay ang tono sa kahulugan
Sa pagsusuri ng tanka at haiku, kabilang sa mga gabay ang emosyon ng boses, bilis, diin, pagtaas o pagbaba ng intonasyon, at kahulugan ng akda. Gamitin ang mga ito upang unawain kung paano ipinahahayag ang tula; huwag gawing mekanikal na tuntunin na may iisang kahulugan o emosyon ang mabilis o mabagal na pagsasalita. Ang interpretasyon ay dapat manggaling sa ugnayan ng pagbigkas at teksto.
