The latest dated report in the available coverage puts the El Dorado apartment’s asking price at $10.5 million on April 8, 2026. That does not establish whether the home remained for sale or what it was asking on October 8, 2026. A later current listing result for a different Central Park West penthouse cannot confirm Vieira’s listing status.
Why did Vieira want this kind of apartment?
The April report attributes these remarks to Vieira, who had given them to The New York Times when the apartment was first listed: “I needed the apartment to have high ceilings and to have a lot of light; I needed it to be one level; and I needed it to have outdoor space.” The comments explain the features she said mattered to her; they should not be confused with details about a different penthouse currently listed nearby. Is the $12.995 million Central Park West listing her home?
No. A listing updated October 7, 2026 is for 455 Central Park West PH2/3, a separate property not identified as Vieira’s. It is described as a 6,338-square-foot duplex spanning the 25th and 26th floors, with seven bedrooms and seven baths. Some of its listing photos are virtually staged. Those details belong to that listing alone.
