Horace’s position changes sharply during the season. He receives experimental cancer treatment in Italy, then returns in the finale to support Kimmie and Mallory. Horace also deliberately leaves Kimmie control of the business because he trusts her. Kimmie therefore ends Season 2 not merely as a survivor inside the Bellarie orbit, but as the person running the Beauty in Black operation.
Mallory joins Kimmie’s effort against the family after moving from rivalry toward cooperation. Roy’s infidelity and entitlement make him one of Mallory’s main personal and business adversaries, and Roy is among the Bellarie figures exposed to the FBI. Charles, Olivia, and Norman are also implicated in the family’s criminal dealings by the finale.

Rain’s attempt to protect Sylvie creates the season’s most consequential personal crisis. Rain mistakenly believes Glen is assaulting Sylvie and pushes him out of a window. Glen is later declared brain-dead, and Jules decides to withdraw life support. Glen’s death becomes the reason Jules begins pursuing the truth about what happened.
Angel’s Season 2 storyline is built around survival and poor decisions. After a failed hit, Angel hides at Horace’s home and then recklessly uses Horace’s credit card, pulling him further into the danger surrounding the Bellaries.
