Maxton Hall season 3 is confirmed, and it will premiere on Prime Video on December 9, 2026. It is also the series’ final season. The season 2 finale left Ruby’s story on a cliffhanger, but it did not establish that date: the premiere was announced later by production company UFA.

What did the season 2 finale actually reveal?
The finale revealed a story cliffhanger, not a dependable release window. TechRadar’s recap says Ruby is suspended after being photographed with Graham Sutton, while Graham is taken away by police. Its November 28, 2025 article used that ending and production rumors to forecast a possible 2026 return, while acknowledging that no date had been announced at the time. That was a prediction, not a scheduling clue. UFA later confirmed the actual premiere date in August 2026. TechRadar’s season 3 coverage
What is season 3 about?
UFA says the story continues with Ruby suspended from Maxton Hall College and her dream of attending Oxford at risk. Ruby and James work to clear her name as friendships are tested and difficult truths emerge. Season 3 adapts Save Us, the third book in Mona Kasten’s trilogy.
