Other couples put Tori and Jack’s relationship under scrutiny
The episode’s relationship check-ins bring Tori and Jack’s connection into question. Jayden asks Tori, “Do you think you like Jack more than he likes you?” She says their feelings are “definitely very equal” and that they respect one another. Tori sees them as a good match with potential to last; Jayden remains unconvinced.

Jade, described in the recap as a latecomer to the experiment, also asks Jack how things are progressing, including whether he and Tori have slept together. Jack replies, “I can assure you we are not a situationship, we’re in a healthy relationship.” Jade tells producers, “I’m definitely not buying any of it.” The recap presents these as competing views, not an independently verified assessment of the couple.
Ridge’s report triggers the confrontation
The central conflict begins after a conversation involving Ridge and Jade. Ridge tells Timothy and Lucinda, “Jack thinks you’re both done, checked out.” That is Ridge relaying Jack’s alleged view; the recap does not present it as a direct statement from Jack.

Timothy calls Jack “phony” and says he is “so full of s*it.” Timothy and Lucinda then leave a note bearing “FU” under Tori and Jack’s door. That note is the clearest action in the recap’s account of the feud, which it informally describes as “beef.”
