In episode seven of Made in Bondi, Bella confronts Molly after learning that Molly told Lawson she thought his relationship with Bella was “like flogging a dead horse.” Molly says Lawson had asked for her opinion and stands by what she said. Their argument at Emma Pills’ fashion-week after-party deepens an existing rift involving Isabella and Tristan, and Jai later leaves Bella off the guest list for a Whitsundays birthday trip.
Why Bella is angry with Molly
The episode opens with Bella and Lawson on a date. Bella says she has been putting effort into other people rather than focusing on her relationship with Lawson. She then learns that Molly had described the relationship to Lawson as “like flogging a dead horse.”
Bella objects to Molly sharing that judgment with Lawson. Molly’s defense is that Lawson asked what she thought; she says she would not return to a relationship like theirs. The disagreement is therefore about both Molly’s blunt assessment and whether it was appropriate to voice it to Lawson.
The argument at Emma Pills’ after-party
Bella and Molly clash at Emma Pills’ fashion-week after-party in what Kellie Balaam’s PerthNow recap calls a “screaming match.” Bella says Molly’s disclosure was inappropriate. Molly stands by her opinion and accuses Bella of making “drama out of nothing,” describing the situation as “petty, passive aggressive and immature.”

Bella says, as quoted in the recap, “Someone needs to stand up to Molly and hold her accountable for her actions making people feel bad, eventually you have to lie in the bed you’ve made.” These are lines reported in the recap, not a verified episode transcript.
Why the Tristan dispute adds to the rift
The fight does not happen in isolation. Isabella is also upset with Molly because Molly called dibs on Tristan after Isabella had been interested in him. Isabella calls the move a “dog” move, and the recap says other women object to Molly’s conduct despite Isabella not being a friend. That grievance gives the confrontation a wider social context beyond Bella and Lawson’s relationship.

What happens after the confrontation
Jai is unhappy with Bella after the argument and excludes her from a birthday trip to the Whitsundays. According to the recap, Lawson and Molly, who are exes, are invited.
What episode seven covers
The central conflict is Molly’s opinion about Bella and Lawson, Bella’s response, and the consequences for the group’s friendships and plans. The same episode also follows Pippa and Charlie: after Charlie spends an evening with another woman, Pippa confronts him after hearing about it from Lachy. That is a separate storyline from the Molly–Bella dispute.
