Yes. Love Is Blind Season 8 castmates Sara Carton and Joey Leveille are officially together, according to Netflix’s September 29, 2026 relationship-status update. The story changed after Sara’s earlier denial: TV Insider/Swooon reports they made their relationship public in July 2025.
Are Sara and Joey from Love Is Blind dating?
Yes. Netflix’s September 29, 2026 relationship-status guide says Sara is “now officially in a relationship with Joey.” Netflix also reports they attended the Season 10 reunion together. At the reunion, Joey praised Sara’s caring and empathetic nature, saying, “One of Sara’s superpowers is how caring and empathetic she is,” and, “I think she’s absolutely amazing.”
Why did Sara deny dating Joey?
The denial belongs to an earlier point in the story, not their current status. TV Insider/Swooon’s relationship timeline recounts that in March 2025 Joey described them as a close support system and said they were not in a position to pursue a relationship then. The outlet also reports that Sara had previously denied dating him on The Viall Files. The original podcast recording or transcript is not available in the cited coverage, so Sara’s exact wording should not be inferred from that account.
How Sara and Joey’s relationship developed
They left Season 8 engaged to other people
Sara and Joey both appeared on Season 8 of Love Is Blind. Sara was engaged to Ben Mezzenga, while Joey was engaged to Monica Danús; neither engagement led to marriage. Netflix’s Season 8 cast update says Sara and Ben tried dating after filming, though the two gave different accounts of how and when that relationship ended.

Rumors followed the reunion, then the couple went public
After the Season 8 reunion, Sara and Joey’s closeness prompted speculation. The March 2025 comments described a close bond but not a relationship they were ready to pursue. By July 2025, TV Insider/Swooon reports, Sara posted photos with Joey and a relationship caption, which Joey reshared; the outlet dates their public confirmation to that month.
