Hugh Grant as David
Grant plays David, the Prime Minister, who falls for staffer Natalie. His later screen credits include Florence Foster Jenkins, The Gentlemen, Paddington 2, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. Netflix Tudum and The Independent list these among his later work.
Emma Thompson as Karen
Thompson plays Karen, Harry’s wife. Later credits include the Harry Potter films, Nanny McPhee, Cruella and Matilda the Musical, according to Netflix Tudum and The Independent.

Colin Firth as Jamie
Firth’s post-film credits include Mamma Mia!, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and The King’s Speech. He won the Academy Award for Best Actor for The King’s Speech in 2010, as noted by The Independent.
Keira Knightley as Juliet

Liam Neeson as Daniel
Neeson plays Daniel, who is grieving his wife while caring for his stepson Sam. One prominent direction in his later career was the Taken films, as Netflix Tudum notes.
Thomas Brodie-Sangster as Sam

Bill Nighy as Billy Mack
Nighy plays aging rock star Billy Mack. Later films cited by Netflix Tudum include Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and Emma. His performance in Living earned an Oscar nomination.

Rickman played Harry, Karen’s husband. After Love Actually, he continued acting in projects including the Harry Potter series and Sweeney Todd. For the film’s 20th anniversary, STUDIOCANAL announced a 4K restoration from the original 35mm negative and a home-entertainment release accompanied by a new 30-minute featurette.
