The original Living Single cast is still revisiting the sitcom: Erika Alexander and Kim Coles host ReLiving Single, a rewatch podcast featuring behind-the-scenes memories. Its 2025 episode listings also name Queen Latifah and T.C. Carson as guests. The available dated sources do not establish a current career update for all six principal cast members, so this guide separates what is documented from what remains unclear.
Who was in the principal cast of Living Single?
The six principal cast members were Queen Latifah, T.C. Carson, Kim Fields, Erika Alexander, Kim Coles, and John Henton. The series followed a group of friends navigating work, relationships, and life in Brooklyn. A cast caption in Marie Claire’s 2025 feature identifies the six performers.

What are the cast members doing now?
As of the latest dated project evidence available here, through November 2025, the clearest update is a project connected directly to the sitcom: ReLiving Single. The sources do not provide sufficiently verified, recent individual career updates for every principal cast member, so the podcast participation below should not be mistaken for a complete account of anyone’s work.
Erika Alexander and Kim Coles
Alexander and Coles host ReLiving Single, a rewatch podcast about the sitcom. The listing describes conversations about memorable moments and behind-the-scenes stories. In a September 2025 interview with Marie Claire, Alexander described revisiting difficult experiences from the show with Coles: “It’s been very sacred because we’re laughing, but we are healing.”

Queen Latifah and T.C. Carson
The podcast catalog lists Queen Latifah as a guest on a November 12, 2025 episode and Carson as a guest on an October 22, 2025 episode. Those are documented appearances on the rewatch show, not host credits. The available sources do not establish a fuller current-career update for either performer.
Kim Fields and John Henton
The sources identify Fields and Henton as principal cast members but do not establish recent individual projects or participation in ReLiving Single. The Television Academy’s Living Single interview archive includes creator Yvette Lee Bowser discussing the series, including Fields’ departure; its clip descriptions are topic summaries, not verified verbatim quotations.
Who else has appeared on ReLiving Single?
The podcast catalog lists creator Yvette Lee Bowser as a guest on November 19, 2025. Marie Claire’s 2025 feature places the show among celebrity rewatch podcasts and describes Alexander and Coles revisiting the original series and its themes, including how culture has changed since it aired. These entries document specific appearances at the time listed; a podcast catalog can change.
The Television Academy archive is also a useful source for the show’s history. Its Bowser interview clips cover the series’ conception, casting, production, cast contributions to storylines, departures, finale, legacy, and the possibility of a reboot. The archive establishes that these topics were discussed, but its clip descriptions should not be treated as direct quotes.
