It may suit creators who need multistream distribution or a branded web player, but its free plan is capped at 20 streaming hours per month. If your main goal is to keep a prerecorded YouTube channel live around the clock, that is a different workflow from Livepush’s core multistreaming use case.
What Livepush does
Livepush acts as a cloud relay: an encoder sends a live feed to Livepush, which distributes it to connected destinations. You can connect some platforms with one-click authorization, use stream keys for other destinations, or add a custom RTMP destination where your plan allows it. These are features described in Livepush’s product documentation, not independently tested performance claims.
Livepush also sells live-event-hosting plans for publishers who want viewers to watch on their own website. Those plans add a branded player and CDN delivery, with direct HLS/M3U8 links described in the plan guide. This is a distinct use from sending a feed out to social and video platforms.
The service supports prerecorded live events, video storage, multiple simultaneous streams, team invites, player branding, and a 24/7 schedule channel on qualifying plans. Access and limits vary by plan, so confirm the specific plan’s terms for the feature you need.

Who Livepush is for
It may fit a multistreaming workflow
Livepush is worth considering if you already produce a live feed with an encoder and want to distribute it to several platforms from one service. The value depends on the destinations you need, how many feeds must run at once, and whether you need custom RTMP.
It may fit website-hosted events
If the audience should watch on your own site rather than on social platforms, compare the event-hosting plans’ player, branding, delivery bandwidth, and overage terms. Estimate expected viewing before choosing a plan: bandwidth allowances and potential overage costs matter for a large or long event.

It is not the same as a dedicated 24/7 prerecorded YouTube channel
Livepush’s plan comparison distinguishes monthly streaming hours from access to a continuous schedule channel. “Unlimited hours” alone does not establish that a plan can schedule a nonstop channel or loop a playlist. If continuous prerecorded playback is the goal, verify schedule-channel access, concurrency, and playlist support separately.

Destinations
Livepush documents one-click connections for YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch. Other supported destinations can be configured with stream keys, while custom RTMP is described for compatible destinations that accept an RTMP URL and stream key; custom RTMP is available from Pro upward. Destination access depends on the plan. Livepush’s current destination documentation says Trovo ended live service on June 30, 2026, and DLive ended live service on April 27, 2026; older lists that show them as active are out of date.

Encoder compatibility
Livepush says it accepts RTMP and SRT ingest and names OBS Studio, Streamlabs, Wirecast, vMix, XSplit, Zoom, and StreamYard as compatible software. The general workflow is to enter Livepush’s server URL and stream key in the encoder, then configure the destinations in Livepush. The service describes software encoders as sufficient; it does not require dedicated streaming hardware. Exact settings and labels depend on the encoder and destination.
Pros and cons
Potential advantages
- A single encoder feed can be relayed to multiple destinations.
- The free plan has no charge and supports a limited trial of the workflow.
- Documented destination options include native connections, stream-key setups, and custom RTMP on eligible plans.
- It supports common software encoders, including OBS Studio, without requiring a dedicated hardware encoder.
- A separate event-hosting plan family provides a branded player and website delivery for audiences watching on a publisher’s site.
Trade-offs to check
- The free plan’s 20-hour monthly cap, 200 MB storage, and one-stream limit are restrictive for sustained use.
- Destination count, simultaneous feeds, event length, storage, branding, and scheduling depend on the plan.
- Monthly-hour allowance and continuous schedule-channel access are separate plan questions.
- Website-hosted events use bandwidth allowances, and overage pricing may affect the total cost.
- Paid social plans start at $15 per month month-to-month, while the $13 monthly equivalent requires annual billing.
How to decide whether Livepush is right for you
- Write down the workflow. Decide whether you are relaying a live feed to social destinations or hosting an event player on your own website. Do not assume one plan family covers the other use equally.
- List destinations and feed count. Check that each required destination is currently supported, determine whether it uses one-click authorization, a stream key, or custom RTMP, and match the number of simultaneous streams to the plan.
- Check for scheduled or prerecorded playback. Confirm the exact plan’s schedule-channel, event-duration, storage, and playlist limits. Do not infer 24/7 capability from “unlimited hours.”
- Estimate website audience delivery if applicable. For a hosted player, estimate viewing demand and compare included bandwidth with the plan’s overage terms.
- Compare billing totals. Separate month-to-month prices from annual-billing equivalents and consider the upfront annual charge, not only its monthly equivalent.
- Test the actual path before a critical event. Verify ingest, destination authorization, playback, audio/video, and the viewer’s route to the hosted player using your chosen encoder and plan.
Is Livepush a good fit for 24/7 YouTube streaming?
Livepush is primarily described as a relay for an encoder feed and a host for live events. It documents a 24/7 schedule channel on qualifying tiers, but the plan and playlist limits should be checked if the aim is to loop prerecorded video continuously. A service built specifically to keep an uploaded-video YouTube stream running from the cloud is a closer fit for that narrower task.
StreamNeo is #1 for the specific job of keeping a prerecorded YouTube channel live 24/7: it runs uploaded videos from the cloud, supports quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and offers a free first day.
Or let it run in the cloud
For a prerecorded YouTube stream, StreamNeo’s workflow is simple: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. The cloud keeps the stream running without a computer or home connection left on. It plays uploaded videos rather than going live from a camera, and streams to YouTube only.
- Nothing has to stay on at home.
- Any quality up to 4K 60fps at one price per slot, with no re-encode or quality tiers.
- Automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream.
- The first day is free with no card; one free day is available per account.
- Monthly pricing: $9.99 per month.
