Who is Lisanne Falk on the Head Games cover?

What did Falk say about the shoot?
In an interview on The Patrick LabyorSheaux podcast, Falk said she was 14 at the time. AOL’s November 20, 2025 report quotes her answer as “Fourteen years old” and describes the job as an early modeling assignment. AOL reports that Ford Models booked it.
Falk recalled that the all-male crew and the men’s restroom setting felt funny and unfamiliar to her. The report quotes her saying, “Oh, this is hilarious. I’m in a man’s bathroom.” She also recalled bringing a Polaroid home and said her mother was stunned by it. These details are reported secondhand by AOL; the podcast recording or transcript is not cited here, so the quotations should be understood as AOL’s rendering of Falk’s remarks.

Falk reportedly reflected that the image might not “wash” today. That is her perspective on how the cover could be received now, not a definitive statement about current rules or what would be allowed.
Why did the cover draw criticism?
The cover depicts a young woman in a restroom beside graffiti, and the scene has been criticized. Lou Gramm, Foreigner’s lead singer, described the intended framing as a comic image of a girl caught erasing graffiti: “The girl is being naughty, erasing graffiti [in the restroom].” That explanation conveys Gramm’s stated creative intent; it does not settle how viewers interpret the image or erase the criticism.
