The phrase “like an egg” and the claim that Jeffrey Epstein had an “extremely deformed” penis come from a survivor’s recollection, published by PerthNow on 20 November 2025. Survivor Rita Oh described the anatomy in an interview with Tina Brown. Her account is a personal recollection, not a medical finding or a measurement. A 2009 civil deposition contains a similar egg-shaped question, but the exchange ended before Epstein answered it, so it does not confirm the allegation.
What the 2025 report says
PerthNow attributes the description to Rita Oh, who was interviewed by Tina Brown. Oh said Epstein’s penis was “extremely deformed” and that she had heard others describe it as egg-shaped. In her own view, it was more lemon-shaped, and small when fully erect. She also gave a size estimate, which the report quotes as “probably like two inches.”

The report presents these as Oh’s words. Her statements are a survivor’s reported recollection, and the report does not cite a medical examination, clinical record or independent measurement to support them.
Where the “egg” wording comes from
The egg comparison appears in two separate places, and they should not be treated as one source:
#1 Best Overall
- Oh’s interview (2025): she says that some people described the anatomy as egg-shaped, but she herself thought it looked more like a lemon.
- A 2009 civil deposition: an attorney asked Epstein about an “egg-shaped penis” during questioning.
The headline draws on both. Neither one establishes what the anatomy actually looked like.
The 2009 deposition question
In the transcript, attorney Spencer Kuvin asked Epstein whether he had what had been described as an “egg-shaped penis.” Kuvin then referred to an alleged witness account describing an oval shape. Epstein’s counsel objected and stopped the exchange before Epstein gave any substantive answer to the allegation.
Rank #2
The transcript therefore records that the question was asked and that the exchange was halted. It does not record an admission, a denial or a finding. Reading the question as proof would overstate what the document shows.
What the litigation filing adds
A separate litigation filing argued that the alleged shape could matter to identification. It also describes a dispute over questioning and a proposed examination. This is one party’s argument in a legal dispute. It is not a court ruling and not a medical determination, and it does not establish the anatomical description.

Comparing the three accounts
| Source | Date | Who is speaking | What it says | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PerthNow report, based on an interview with Tina Brown | Published 20 November 2025 | Survivor Rita Oh, quoted by the report | Penis “extremely deformed”; lemon-shaped in her view; “probably like two inches” | Reported personal recollection. Not a medical finding or verified measurement |
| Civil deposition transcript | 2009 | Attorney Spencer Kuvin, questioning Epstein | Question about an “egg-shaped penis”; objection; exchange stopped | The question is on the record. No answer is recorded, and it does not confirm the allegation |
| Litigation filing | Date not stated in the reporting available | A party to the litigation | Argues the alleged shape could matter to identification; describes a dispute over questioning and a proposed examination | A party’s argument, not a court finding |
What is not established
- No measurement. The “two inches” figure is Oh’s estimate. No measurement or clinical value is reported.
- No medical record. The available reporting and court material do not include a medical examination or diagnosis of the anatomy.
- No verified interview text. This article relies on PerthNow’s quotations of Oh. It does not independently verify them.
- No established cause. Oh also speculated about a possible link to Epstein’s behavior. The report presents that as her speculation, separate from the anatomical description. It is not an established explanation for anything.
Readers who want the underlying material should look for the full PerthNow article and the deposition transcript itself, and read the quoted language in context rather than as confirmed fact.
