- Desayuno: dos claras de huevo, una porción pequeña de piña y té verde o café sin azúcar.
- Merienda de la mañana: una manzana verde o seis almendras.
- Almuerzo: ensalada de lechuga y tomate con atún en agua y limón.
- Segunda merienda y cena: volvió a mencionar atún y ensalada; esta podía incluir pepino, tomate y lechuga.
La nota señaló que Molina diferenciaba las porciones que ella comía de la porción completa que recomendaba a quienes la escuchaban. El Universo resumió el menú y recogió su advertencia de consultar con un nutricionista para comprobar que la alimentación aportara suficientes nutrientes para el estilo de vida de cada persona.

Cuánto tiempo la siguió y cuánto dijo haber bajado
Según People en Español, Molina empezó la dieta dos meses antes del concurso, la mantuvo casi dos meses y dijo haber perdido 40 libras. La misma publicación informó que entrenaba tres veces al día durante ese periodo. Es importante atribuir tanto la duración como la pérdida de peso a su relato: la cobertura no presenta registros clínicos ni una verificación independiente de la cifra.
Por qué no debe tomarse como una dieta para imitar
El menú forma parte del testimonio sobre una preparación específica para un certamen; no demuestra que el régimen sea seguro o eficaz para otras personas. La propia Molina recomendó no seguirlo con la misma rigidez y consultar antes con un nutricionista o médico. Las fuentes citadas no aportan evidencia clínica ni resultados independientes que permitan evaluar esta dieta como tratamiento o método general para bajar de peso.

En 2024, Molina describió aquella etapa como emocionalmente difícil: dijo que en Miss Universo estaba aproximadamente 30 libras por debajo de su peso posterior y que se sentía deprimida y aburrida de comer lechuga.
