Brisbane singer-songwriter and rapper Mallrat was announced as the special guest for every date of Kylie Minogue’s 2025 Australian Tension Tour leg. The announcement came from Frontier Touring and MG Live on 6 February 2025; Mallrat joined the Brisbane shows on 26 and 27 February at Brisbane Entertainment Centre. The Australian dates are now marked completed on the official tour listing.
Who supported Kylie Minogue on the Australian Tension Tour?
Mallrat was the support act—described by promoters as the “special guest”—for all ten Australian shows, not just the Brisbane dates. Frontier Touring and MG Live made the announcement on 6 February 2025, shortly before the Australian leg began. Frontier Touring’s announcement also said that more than 100,000 tickets had sold for the Australian leg by that date; this was the promoter’s dated sales statement, not a final attendance total.
