In the English-language film, Rumi is voiced by Arden Cho and sung by EJAE; Mira is voiced by May Hong and sung by Audrey Nuna; and Zoey is voiced by Ji-young Yoo and sung by REI AMI. That distinction matters: for the HUNTR/X trio, the speaking and singing performances come from different artists.
Who voices the main HUNTR/X characters?
HUNTR/X is a K-pop group with a secret demon-hunting mission. The three members’ public image and hidden work are central to the film’s premise, as described by Sony Pictures Animation.
| Character | English speaking voice | Singing voice | Character at a glance | Selected earlier screen credit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rumi | Arden Cho | EJAE | Charismatic HUNTR/X leader: ambitious and hardworking, but afraid her secret will be discovered. | Teen Wolf |
| Mira | May Hong | Audrey Nuna | Rebellious and spirited, initially skeptical, and perceptive about her bandmates’ feelings. | Hacks, Full Circle, Fantasmas |
| Zoey | Ji-young Yoo | REI AMI | The youngest member and the group’s rapper; Korean American, eager to please, and protective of her friends. | Expats, Smoking Tigers, Until Dawn |
The character descriptions and selected prior credits are Netflix’s “Previously In” highlights, not complete filmographies. Netflix Tudum’s cast guide identifies the speaking performers, while its film overview distinguishes the trio’s singing performers.
Who voices the Saja Boys and the other supporting characters?
| Character | English speaking performer | Role in the story | Selected earlier screen credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jinu | Ahn Hyo-seop | The Saja Boys’ lead singer, formerly human. He is bound to Gwi-Ma after bargaining for musical talent and fame. | Dr. Romantic 2, Dr. Romantic 3 |
| Gwi-Ma | Byung Hun Lee | A manipulative demon who uses Jinu as an agent in the human world. | The Magnificent Seven |
| Celine | Yunjin Kim | A former K-pop star and demon hunter who trained the trio and adopted and raised Rumi. | Lost |
| Bobby | Ken Jeong | HUNTR/X’s hard-charging agent and manager. He supports the group without knowing its demon-hunting secret. | Not listed in the cited Netflix cast guide. |
| Healer | Daniel Dae Kim | A perceptive ally to the demon hunters. | Lost, Hawaii Five-0 |
| Host | Liza Koshy | An on-air host. | Not listed in the cited Netflix cast guide. |
Netflix’s guide also credits Joel Kim Booster in multiple parts: Variety Show Host 2, Idol Host, and Romance Saja. Those are separate roles, not one character. Netflix identifies Andrew Choi among the film’s original-song performers, but the cited cast materials do not establish that he sings every Saja Boys part; it is safer not to assign the group’s vocals to him wholesale.

Why “voice actor” can mean two different performers
For the HUNTR/X trio, the speaking actor delivers the character’s dialogue, while a separate singer performs the songs. So “Who voices Rumi?” points to Arden Cho; “Who sings for Rumi?” points to EJAE. The same distinction applies to Mira and Zoey. The answer here covers the English-language film; dubbed versions in other languages can have different casts.
