Jade Jurewicz’s November 2022 PerthNow review of Kin Coffee at 333 Oxford Street, Leederville, awarded the cafe 15/20. She praised its Asian-influenced brunch dishes, coffee and friendly service. That review records a visit at the time; it does not verify the venue’s current location, menu, hours or booking policy.
What the review says about Kin Coffee
Jurewicz’s review, published on 17 November 2022, places the cafe at 333 Oxford Street in Leederville and describes an airy, stylish ground-floor space. Her overall assessment was positive: the food was thoughtful and tasty, and she reported no complaints about the coffee or service. She gave the cafe 15/20.
What was on the brunch menu
The menu described in the review paired familiar brunch formats with Asian-influenced ingredients. Jurewicz cited a kimchee and corn toastie and matcha granola as examples. Two dishes received particular attention:
Avocado toast with soy-marinated egg
Listed at $18 in the November 2022 review, the toast came with pickled red onion, furikake and crunchy lotus chips. Jurewicz described the egg as cold and perfectly oozy, and found the dish fresh and surprisingly light despite its mix of ingredients.

Sous-vide chicken and caramelised onion toastie
The toastie was listed at $15.50. The review describes garlic-and-thyme chicken with caramelised onion and mayonnaise; Jurewicz praised the chicken as moist and nicely cooked.
How the coffee, service and setting fared
Jurewicz reported that staff were friendly and that the food and coffee arrived in good time as the cafe filled, despite there being few staff working. She liked the strength and temperature of a large oat cappuccino, listed at $5.60 in the review. These prices and observations describe that 2022 visit, not current menu pricing or service.

What is known about the cafe now
The review is historical, and the current status of the Leederville venue has not been established here. Kin Coffee Co.’s surfaced official homepage lists hours of Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., and describes a coffee-sourcing, roasting and brewing mission. Its menu lists espresso, pour-over, cold brew, seasonal drinks, matcha latte, cheesecakes and pastries, with coffee origins including Guatemala/Nicaragua and an Ethiopian blend. Those pages do not identify the 333 Oxford Street location, so their hours and menu cannot be confidently attributed to the cafe in Jurewicz’s review.
The review said bookings were not available at the time. It does not establish the venue’s present booking policy.
