What is known about her legal cases?
The 2015 case
CBS Detroit reported in 2017 that Scott had a DUI conviction and was subject to probation and monitoring conditions related to the 2015 case. This is a dated report about that case; it does not establish her present health or sobriety.
The 2026 charges
FOX 2 Detroit and The Detroit News, in a report republished by AOL, said Scott pleaded no contest in May 2026 to impaired-driving and failure-to-report charges. The reports said sentencing was scheduled for June 17, 2026. Those sources do not establish what happened at that hearing, so no sentence or final disposition can be stated here.
