Those details account for the look’s dramatic rear exposure without requiring a more specific claim about how much skin it showed.

Chrome Hearts created the custom ensemble, according to Vogue and AP. Vogue also reported that Kardashian wore a matching black leather hat and a pearl chain belt. The diamond choker and matching earrings were credited to Moussaieff. The available reports identify the designer and accessories but do not provide a direct statement from Kardashian or the designer explaining the outfit’s concept.
