WVVA reported that Cook was being held at Southern Regional Jail on a $500,000 cash/surety bond and was due back in court on June 24, 2025. That is the status reported at the time, not confirmation of his current custody or bond status. The reports cited here do not establish what happened at or after that court date, or the case’s current disposition.
