What Kendall Jenner’s 2024 bob looked like
The photos showed Jenner with brunette hair cut into a short bob after she had shifted back from blonde. Marie Claire described it as chin-length, with subtly softened ends, and credited Tamás Tüzes with cutting and styling it in a sleek middle part. Teen Vogue described the length as below the chin and above the collarbones, so “short brunette bob” is the most consistent description across reports.

Jenner posted the black-and-white set to Instagram on November 12, 2024. Cosmopolitan and Teen Vogue identify Mert Alas as the photographer. This was not Jenner’s first bob
The 2024 cut should not be described as Jenner’s first bob. Vogue covered a different short bob debut in February 2017, when she wore a shoulder-brushing style on the La Perla runway: Vogue’s report on the 2017 runway look. Marie Claire characterizes the 2024 bob as shorter than Jenner’s bobs from 2016, 2017 and 2018.
What is known about the photos—and what is not
The coverage establishes the date, photographer credit and broad hairstyle details, but it does not include a direct comment from Jenner or Tüzes about the cut. Cosmopolitan reproduced a fan’s reaction—“short is the new long baby 🔥”—which is a comment on Jenner’s post, not a statement from Jenner or her stylist.
