Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos joined the ownership group of Italian club Campobasso 1919 in an investment announced on November 10, 2022. The announcement described them as co-owners working with North Sixth Group; it did not disclose their ownership shares or investment amount.
Which Italian soccer team do Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos own?
The club is Campobasso 1919, also referred to in later club material as Campobasso FC. It is based in Molise, a region of southern Italy. North Sixth Group announced Ripa and Consuelos’s investment on November 10, 2022, and Campobasso’s own publication also reported their entry into the ownership group. North Sixth Group’s announcement and the club’s announcement both identify the couple as co-owners.
What does “co-owner” mean in this announcement?
The 2022 announcement said Ripa and Consuelos would work with North Sixth Group, which it described as Campobasso’s principal owner and operator. It said the couple would help build the club’s media presence and expand commercial and sponsorship activity.
Neither the group’s announcement nor the club’s publication states what percentage Ripa and Consuelos own or how much they invested. The available statements also do not establish whether the ownership terms have changed since 2022, so they should not be characterized as majority owners.

How did North Sixth Group become involved with Campobasso?
North Sixth Group said it acquired the club before the 2022–23 season after the previous team faced league-admission problems. According to the group’s November 2022 announcement, Campobasso restarted from Italy’s fifth tier. That is historical context from the time of the takeover, not a statement of the club’s current league status.
In the same announcement, actor, producer and entrepreneur Mark Consuelos called the project “the quintessential underdog story.” North Sixth Group also said Campobasso’s tradition dated back more than 100 years; that was the group’s description in 2022.
