That is a perfect score across a small review sample, not evidence of broad critical consensus. Rotten Tomatoes separately showed 1,000+ verified audience ratings; those ratings do not count toward the critic-review total. Rotten Tomatoes’ figures can change as reviews and ratings are added.
What is JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL about?
Directed by Park Jun-soo, the 90-minute Korean-language documentary follows Jung Kook over eight months as he prepares for his first solo album, GOLDEN. It brings together concert performances in different venues, interviews and previously unreleased behind-the-scenes footage. Rotten Tomatoes describes the film as featuring exclusive interviews, backstage material and performances; the official BTS/Weverse premiere notice outlines the journey and album preparation at its center.
The film’s worldwide theatrical premiere was September 18, 2024. Rotten Tomatoes lists Trafalgar Releasing as distributor and HYBE as production company.
What does the 100% score mean?
The Tomatometer percentage reflects the two critic reviews shown on Rotten Tomatoes when checked in 2026. A 100% score means both reviews in that listing were counted as positive; with only two reviews, each review represents half of the displayed critic sample. The score may change if Rotten Tomatoes adds reviews.

Rotten Tomatoes also displayed more than 1,000 verified audience ratings. That is a separate audience measure, not an expansion of the two-review critic denominator. The figure does not establish that every viewer agreed or that the film has a broad critical consensus.
What did critics say about Jung Kook’s solo identity?
Luke Goodsell, reviewing for ABC News (Australia) on September 24, 2024, wrote: “What emerges is a portrait of an artist in search of his identity, driven by a desire to satisfy his audience while yearning to break free as a solo performer.” The comment captures a tension in the film’s account of Jung Kook’s solo work: the expectations attached to his audience and his effort to shape an identity as a solo performer. It is one critic’s description, not a consensus statement.
