The latest prominent estimate puts Julio Iglesias’s net worth at about €630 million. Forbes España placed him 81st on its 2025 list of Spain’s 100 richest people in an article published January 14, 2026. It is a publisher’s estimate—not a verified personal balance sheet or a statement of how much cash he has available.
What is Julio Iglesias’s estimated net worth?
Forbes España’s January 2026 profile gives an estimate of around €630 million and associates it with the publication’s 2025 rich list. The estimate is the most recent prominent figure located, but publicly available reporting does not establish a complete, current inventory of Iglesias’s assets and liabilities. Forbes España’s profile describes his wealth as connected to his music catalogue, investment diversification and asset management.

A rich-list estimate is not the same as liquid cash. It may reflect the estimated value of rights, property and business interests, while a full net-worth calculation would also need to account for liabilities, ownership shares and what those assets could actually be sold for.
How does Iglesias’s music catalogue contribute?
Forbes España says Iglesias’s multilingual catalogue continues to generate income through music rights, synchronization and reissues. That helps explain why a long recording career can remain financially valuable beyond concert activity: recorded music and related rights may continue to earn money over time. The article does not break down how much of the €630 million estimate comes from the catalogue or provide a separate valuation for it.

Why do published estimates differ?
Earlier reports cited about €800 million, while Celebrity Net Worth lists $600 million. These figures are not directly comparable: they come from different dates and publishers, use different currencies, and are not presented as a single shared valuation method. Forbes España reported the €800 million figure for 2019 and 2020 in an October 2021 article; El País repeated an approximately €800 million figure attributed to Forbes in 2023. Neither historical figure should be treated as a current estimate. Forbes España’s 2021 report and El País’s 2023 profile provide context for those older figures.

| About €630 million; rank 81 | Forbes España, January 14, 2026 | Estimate associated with its 2025 list of Spain’s 100 richest people |
| About €800 million | Forbes España, October 7, 2021 | Reported for 2019 and 2020 |
| About €800 million | El País, September 17, 2023 | Historical figure attributed to Forbes |

What do reported properties and companies tell us?
Property and aircraft reports
El País reported that companies linked to Iglesias acquired properties valued at about €105 million and a Gulfstream G450 valued at €17 million. The article did not present those figures as a complete net-worth calculation. Forbes España’s 2021 coverage, citing Miami-Dade official property records, reported five Indian Creek homes valued at $112 million and six nearby Surfside properties worth nearly $4 million. These are reported values from that period, not a current total for Iglesias’s personal wealth.
Company accounts are not personal net worth
Economía Digital reported that Androsemo had €5.04 million in assets and €4.6 million in equity at the end of 2024, and recorded no revenue in 2023 or 2024. Those are figures for one company, not a measure of Iglesias’s personal net worth. Company assets cannot be counted as personal wealth without establishing ownership, liabilities and the relevant share of value. The figures also do not establish the value or performance of his other interests.

Published estimates and reports on property, aircraft and company accounts offer pieces of a financial picture, not a transparent, consolidated balance sheet. Forbes España’s 2021 report discussed at least 20 offshore companies, and El País described the structure as opaque. Public reporting does not establish all liabilities, beneficial ownership details or realizable asset values. For that reason, the €630 million figure is best read as the latest prominent estimate found, rather than a verified accounting of Iglesias’s personal fortune.
