What happens in Chapter 266?
Yuji continues fighting Sukuna while trying to reach Megumi Fushiguro. The official synopsis for Jujutsu Kaisen, Vol. 30 describes the central tactic: “Itadori attacks the seam between Sukuna’s soul and Fushiguro’s in an attempt to separate them.”

A chapter recap reports that Yuji’s soul-targeting Dismantle reawakens Megumi’s submerged soul. Sukuna, meanwhile, restores Shrine and prepares to use his domain. That makes the exchange both an emotional opening for Yuji’s rescue attempt and a tactical turning point in a still-dangerous fight; it does not establish that Yuji has won.
What is Yuji’s power-up in Chapter 266?
The clearest answer is Yuji’s use of Dismantle to target the soul and attack the connection holding Sukuna and Megumi together. The move serves Yuji’s specific goal of separating them, rather than being presented in the consulted official sources as a newly named final form.

So “ultimate power-up” works as a headline hook, not as the confirmed name of a transformation or technique. Chapter 266 shows a consequential application of Yuji’s abilities within the ongoing domain confrontation; it does not, on the evidence available here, prove that he has reached a definitive final state.
