Jon Lovett and Crooked Media colleague Ari Schwartz announced their engagement on March 15, 2025. They later married on May 23, 2026, in Santa Barbara, California, according to People’s report.

Who is Ari Schwartz, and how did they meet?
Schwartz was identified as Crooked Media’s chief of staff, while Lovett is a co-founder of the company and a host of Pod Save America. In a March 2025 interview, Lovett said they met at work and were friends for a long time before their friendship became romantic: “We just liked the same dumb jokes, and then we fell in love.” The couple’s account appeared in Out’s interview syndicated by Yahoo Entertainment.
