No: the headline does not describe a current pregnancy. Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald announced they were expecting their fifth child in September 2023, and Jessa gave birth to a boy that December. Their sixth child, Edward Owen Seewald, was born in July 2025. A Parade roundup crawled October 4, 2026, says the couple are not expecting and lists six children.
What happened with baby No. 5?
Jessa and Ben announced the fifth pregnancy in September 2023. According to Entertainment Tonight, Jessa gave birth to a boy on December 19, 2023. The report, published December 23, said labor lasted about 21 hours and the baby weighed 9 pounds, 14 ounces.
Who is the couple’s sixth child?
Jessa and Ben’s next child was Edward Owen Seewald. Parade reported August 11, 2025, that Edward was born July 26, 2025. He is their sixth child, not the baby No. 5 described in the 2023 announcement.
Is Jessa Duggar pregnant now?
The latest status report in the sources reviewed says no. A Parade roundup crawled October 4, 2026, describes Jessa and Ben as not expecting and lists their six children: Spurgeon, Henry, George, Edward, Ivy, and Fern.
