What Lopez announced for summer 2024
The February 15 announcement described a Live Nation-produced tour and Lopez’s return to touring after a five-year break. The planned show would combine well-known songs from her catalog with new music from This Is Me…Now. Amalie Arena’s announcement framed the tour as a 30-plus-city North American run.

Did Jennifer Lopez cancel the 2024 tour?
Yes. Live Nation confirmed the North American tour’s cancellation on May 31, 2024, before its scheduled opening date. The Associated Press reported that the run had been set to begin June 26 in Orlando and conclude August 31 in Houston. The AP report said Ticketmaster purchasers would be automatically refunded.

What reason was given for the cancellation?
Live Nation representatives told the AP: “Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.” Lopez’s message to fans, reproduced in the AP report, said: “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary.” Those are the stated explanation and Lopez’s response; the report does not establish other motives.
What the announcement said about the previous tour
Amalie Arena’s February 2024 announcement said Lopez’s 2019 tour sold out venues across the country and grossed over $50 million. That is the venue release’s stated figure, not an independently verified box-office total.

What remains available from the project
The tour itself is canceled, so its dates, venues and original ticket offers are historical rather than current booking options. The album remains a related way to engage with the project: Warner Music Canada listed a deluxe CD edition with a 40-page booklet, while Universal Music Italia listed CD and vinyl formats. Those listings establish physical editions, not current stock or prices.
The companion film is a streaming option rather than a physical release. The original announcement identified Prime Video as its home, but present-day availability may vary and should be checked with the service.
