In its cancellation notice, BST Hyde Park attributed a statement to Lynne: “Jeff Lynne is heartbroken to report that he will not be able to perform at tomorrow’s BST Hyde Park show.” The organiser announced the cancellation ahead of the scheduled Sunday performance.

How could ticket holders get a refund?
The organiser said ticket holders would be refunded and contacted by their ticket agent. Its notice gives separate processing information for AXS, Ticketmaster, Event Travel and Keith Prowse. Buyers should follow the instructions from the seller they used, since the notice does not give one processing timeline that applies to every purchase.
Was this actually ELO’s last performance?
That is not established by the event’s “The Final Show” billing. Since the BST Hyde Park concert was cancelled, it cannot be counted as a performance, and the available announcements do not settle whether Lynne or ELO would perform again.
