Who are Jack Nicholson’s children?
Published accounts describe Nicholson’s family through relationships with several partners. The Washington Post’s 2006 profile identifies Jennifer as his daughter with former wife Sandra Knight, and Lorraine and Ray as his children with Rebecca Broussard. Us Weekly’s family guide identifies Honey as his daughter with Winnie Hollman. Caleb Goddard is Susan Anspach’s son; the Washington Post profile discusses his connection to Nicholson with qualification rather than presenting paternity as unequivocally established.

What is reported about Tessa Gourin?
Gourin says Nicholson is her father. In a 2023 interview, The Daily Beast reported her account; The Independent’s 2023 coverage likewise distinguished her claim from Nicholson’s public acknowledgment. Those reports say Nicholson has not publicly acknowledged Gourin as his daughter. That distinction matters: her account should be attributed to her, not described as publicly confirmed paternity.
What has Nicholson said about his children?
In a 2006 interview with The Washington Post, Nicholson said of his children: “My kids just stun me, ya know? They’re gorgeous, they’re fabulous. . . . They’re young, so they’re out there punching and jabbing and moving, and it’s fun.” This is his remark from that interview, not a current statement.

In the 1994 Vanity Fair interview, Nicholson described his young daughter Lorraine as “one of the great people, a totally unique human being.”
