j-hope’s first solo world tour, HOPE ON THE STAGE, opened in Seoul on February 28, 2025. The tour has concluded: all performances and ticket windows described here are in the past. Japan’s four dates are fully documented below; for other markets, the available official notices confirm some stops but do not establish one complete schedule for every city.
What was the ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ tour?
Announced as j-hope’s first solo world tour, HOPE ON THE STAGE began in Seoul on February 28, 2025. HYBE Japan explained the title as “j-hope on stage,” expressing the artist’s and audience’s hopes, wishes and dreams through performance. The company’s Japan announcement described a route spanning the United States, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Macau and Taiwan, in addition to Seoul. HYBE Japan’s tour announcement provides that regional overview.
The official Japanese tour-film site later summarized the completed tour as 16 cities, 33 performances and 524,000 attendees, and described a two-day encore finale at Goyang Stadium. Those are figures from the film page’s promotional retrospective, not an independently audited attendance report. The same page identifies the Seoul opening as February 28–March 2, 2025. What the official tour film describes
The official Japanese film page says the finale concerts drew on the worlds of j-hope’s solo album Jack In The Box and special album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1, combining hip-hop, rock and pop with lighting and dance performances. Its promotion also describes rehearsal and behind-the-scenes footage and special appearances. These are the film’s own descriptions, rather than a firsthand review of the concerts.
