In a recap of the January 5, 2025 episode, SoapCentral reported that Vanja connected some of their conflict to her concerns about the life changes involved in becoming a mother to Josko’s child. That is Vanja’s account of the situation, not an independently established explanation for Josko’s decision.

The Season 7 breakup reports concern events shown in 2024 and early 2025. In that on-camera account, Vanja said Josko sent her a message saying, “I don’t think I can be with you,” as reported by Distractify.
