The accounts do not describe Jenner as having no friends
Both reports mention Jenner’s continued closeness with longtime friend Stassie Karanikolaou. MEAWW also names other friends and family members reportedly in her orbit. Those details do not prove what Jenner’s private social life was like, but they make sweeping formulations that she had cut off everyone unsupported by the coverage itself.

The List reproduced a 2024 Elle comment in which Jenner said, “I think it’s important to keep things to yourself. It’s hard for me to make a decision by myself sometimes, so the opinion of the whole world…it can be tough.” That remark was about privacy and public scrutiny; it was not a statement about being isolated by Chalamet.
