Lily James sings on the Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again soundtrack: Universal Music Canada credits her, Jessica Keenan Wynn, and Alexa Davies as the singers on “When I Kissed The Teacher.” That is an official vocal credit, though it does not establish how every vocal in every scene was recorded or mixed.
What the official credits confirm
Universal Music Canada’s soundtrack announcement identifies “When I Kissed The Teacher” as sung by Lily James, Jessica Keenan Wynn, and Alexa Davies. The credit confirms James’s participation and makes clear that this track is a group performance, not a solo by James. Universal Music Canada’s announcement also states that the soundtrack was released on July 13, 2018.

A separate official catalog listing from Universal Music Italia includes James among the soundtrack’s vocalists, corroborating that she performed vocals for the film. The catalog entry is an additional performer-credit source.
What the credits do not tell us about a particular scene
A soundtrack credit establishes that James sings on the soundtrack; it is not a technical account of every finished scene. The official sources cited here do not describe vocal layering, editing, or mixing, nor do they specify who performs every line heard in the film. It would therefore go beyond the evidence to say that every audible note is unedited or to make a scene-by-scene claim.

How her role fits the film
Universal’s film page lists Lily James in the cast and identifies Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus as the music and lyric writers. The film is based on the original Mamma Mia! musical. Universal’s film page provides the cast and music credits.
For the song-level question, the clearest evidence is still the “When I Kissed The Teacher” credit: it names James as one of three singers. Apple Music also lists a singalong-version track by James, Keenan Wynn, and Davies with a July 13, 2018 date. The Apple Music soundtrack listing gives another dated listing of the trio’s performance.
