No. Available statements support describing Demon Hunter as associated with Christian faith, but they do not establish the band as specifically Catholic. Vocalist Ryan Clark has said that he was raised “Baptist-ish” and predominantly non-denominational, and that he does not identify with one denomination. That is Clark’s personal account, not a declaration about every member.
What denomination is Demon Hunter?
The available sources do not identify Demon Hunter as a Catholic band. In a 2019 Reddit AMA, vocalist Ryan Clark was asked about his religious upbringing and whether he still identified with that denomination. He replied: “Raised Baptist-ish… but predominantly non-denom. I don’t much identify with any one denomination. Just Jesus.” Read Clark’s response in the r/Metalcore AMA.

Clark was describing his own upbringing and beliefs. His answer does not establish the religious affiliation of the other members or amount to an official denominational statement by the whole band.
Why is Demon Hunter associated with Christianity?
Clark has spoken about faith as a theme in the band’s music. In a 2012 interview discussing True Defiance, he called the record’s overarching theme “an attitude of unapologetic steadfastness- getting stronger and more assured in my faith, the older I get.” He also discussed the band’s relationship with Christian and non-Christian audiences, saying it did not want to preach only to the choir or alienate like-minded people. - KPop Demon Hunters, a Netflix film from Sony Pictures Animation, follows K-pop superstars Rumi, Mira and Zoey
This supports describing Demon Hunter as Christian-faith-associated. It does not make “Christian” and “Catholic” interchangeable: Catholicism is a particular Christian tradition, and the cited statements do not place the band in it.

Demon Hunter’s official website describes the music and lists the band’s lineup, but does not state that the group is Catholic. Clark also named Jesus among his personal influences in a 2005 interview; in that same interview, he said the band name began as one of several hypothetical names and stuck because it sounded memorable.
