Not automatically. In Canada, Crave is included at no extra monthly charge only with certain Bell Mobility plans, TV/Internet bundles, or limited-time promotions. The current Bell Mobility offer covers Crave Standard With Ads for eligible Max and Ultra smartphone plans; selected Bell TV and Internet bundles may include a shorter introductory credit.
Which Bell customers can get Crave included?
Your Bell service type and exact plan determine eligibility. Having a MyBell account, Bell Internet, or any Bell bill does not by itself make Crave free.

What “free with Bell” really means
“Free” usually means Bell places a Crave charge and an equal promotional credit on your Bell bill for the stated period. It is not lifetime access independent of Bell. You generally must keep the qualifying service, and taxes can still apply. Changing to an ineligible plan or cancelling the qualifying service can end access.
Bell’s current Mobility information describes a 24-month promotional credit, subject to change. Bell TV and Internet offers can use different introductory periods, such as two months. Check your account rather than assuming one duration applies to every customer.

Which Crave tier is included?
Crave Standard With Ads
The current Mobility promotion is for Crave Standard With Ads, not automatically Crave Premium. Bell lists the Standard plan at $11.99 per month plus tax on its Mobility plans page, checked August 18, 2026. It includes:
- Up to two simultaneous streams
- Up to 1080p video
- Advertising
- Live channels
- No offline downloads
- Some titles unavailable because of licensing restrictions
Under the Mobility promotion, Bell also lists restrictions affecting Roku, PS4, PS5, AirPlay and select Bell Fibe TV receivers. STARZ is excluded. This offer is intended for supported Crave apps and web access, not universal set-top-box viewing. See Bell’s plan and feature list.
Crave Premium
Bell lists Premium at $22 per month plus tax on the same page. Premium provides four simultaneous streams, up to 4K video, offline downloads, live channels and ad-free programming. Eligible Mobility customers upgrading from Standard With Ads retain the $11.99 credit and pay the applicable difference, according to Bell’s promotion terms. Confirm the amount shown in MyBell before accepting an upgrade.
How to check whether your account includes Crave
- Sign in to MyBell.
- Open My services.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose Manage subscriptions.
- Open the Crave entry, if present, and verify the plan name, monthly credit, promotion end date, activation status and any recurring charge after the credit ends.
Also review your Bell order confirmation, latest bill, exact Mobility rate-plan name, bundle terms and any activation email or text. Bell’s labels can change; the account record is more reliable than a generic advertisement. The current activation guidance is at Bell Support.

How to activate the included offer
Bell Mobility Max or Ultra promotion
- Activate or upgrade to an eligible Max or Ultra smartphone plan.
- Wait for Bell’s activation email or text message.
- Follow its Crave linking link.
- Link the eligible Bell Mobility phone number to a new or existing Crave account.
- Enter the one-time verification code sent by text.
- Sign in at Crave.ca or in the Crave app with the Crave credentials created or linked during activation.
Tablets, smartwatches and other non-smartphone plan types are excluded from this specific promotion. On a multi-line account, use the exact eligible line identified by Bell.
Bell TV, Internet or bundle offer
- Open Bell’s activation email and select Activate now.
- Sign in to MyBell.
- Go to My services → Subscriptions → Manage subscriptions.
- Select Activate now beside Crave.
- When prompted, use the email address attached to your existing Crave account if you want to retain viewing history and preferences.
Bell TV-provider subscriptions can offer receiver or provider-platform integration that differs from the Mobility app promotion. Confirm which access route your specific offer includes.
If you already pay Crave directly
Link your existing Crave account during Bell activation so your profile and watch history can carry over. Do not cancel the old subscription first. After Bell-linked access works, cancel the separately billed Crave or former TV-provider subscription yourself. Bell does not necessarily cancel duplicate billing automatically; the billing source remains responsible for its own subscription. Bell’s streaming guidance is available at bell.ca/streaming.
Why Crave may say “Subscription required”
Common causes include an unactivated offer, the wrong Bell phone number, a different email account, a plan change, an offer attached to another line, or signing in directly without completing Bell’s partner-linking process.
- Confirm that the offer appears in MyBell.
- Identify the exact eligible Mobility line.
- Reopen Bell’s activation email or promotional link.
- Verify with that eligible phone number.
- Sign in to the intended Crave account.
- Sign out and back in to the Crave app after linking.
- If access still fails, contact Bell instead of buying a second subscription.

Can you watch the included Crave on a TV?
It depends on the Bell route and tier. Bell TV subscriptions may integrate Crave into supported receivers and Bell TV platforms. The Mobility Standard With Ads promotion is described as app and web access and is not available through a TV receiver under that offer. Bell also says Crave stopped being supported on Legacy Receivers effective August 1, 2025; see Bell’s receiver guidance.
Therefore, a free Mobility promotion should not be treated as equivalent to a Bell TV Crave subscription. Check supported devices before relying on Roku, AirPlay, an older game console or a particular Fibe receiver.
Which option makes sense?
Keep the included Standard With Ads plan
This suits viewers who accept advertising, need up to two streams and mainly watch on supported phones, tablets, computers or smart-TV apps. The trade-offs are ads, no downloads, licensing exclusions and the Mobility offer’s device limits.

Upgrade to Premium
Premium is more appropriate for households needing four streams, downloads, ad-free viewing or compatible 4K playback. The Standard credit may cover only part of its price, so compare the resulting Bell bill with a direct Crave subscription.
Buy Crave directly
A direct subscription avoids a Bell service requirement and keeps billing with Crave, but it provides no Bell promotional credit and may not offer the same Bell TV integration. The official service is Crave.ca.
Use Crave through Bell TV
This can suit existing Bell TV households that want one bill and receiver or provider-platform integration. Package eligibility, introductory credits and post-promotion pricing vary.
Prices and promotions can differ
Bell’s pages do not show one universal price. The current Mobility plans page lists Standard With Ads at $11.99/month and Premium at $22/month, both plus tax. Another Bell promotion page references an Ultimate-plan promotion at $9.99/month and separately displays a $22/month TV/Internet offer. Those figures belong to different promotions; neither should be treated as a universal Crave price. Confirm the amount and end date attached to your own Bell account.

Crave is not automatically free with a Bell subscription. Verify the exact Bell service, plan, Crave tier, promotion period, supported devices and billing source in MyBell. The main current Mobility case is Standard With Ads on eligible Max or Ultra smartphone plans; selected TV/Internet bundles may provide separate introductory credits. Activate through Bell first, then remove any duplicate direct subscription only after the Bell-linked access works.
