What does her family say about whether she is alive?
Bradley’s family says it firmly believes she is alive. Her brother Brad told People in an exclusive interview published August 19, 2025: “We’re still waiting for that call.” That statement expresses the family’s belief and hope; it is not confirmation of Bradley’s current status. What does the Netflix docuseries establish?
Amy Bradley Is Missing is a three-part Netflix documentary series. Netflix lists its U.S. release date as July 16, 2025, and says it includes interviews with Bradley’s family, cruise passengers, and FBI investigators. The series revisits the investigation, alleged sightings, and competing theories, but accounts presented in a documentary are not, by themselves, verified proof of survival or an explanation of her disappearance. See Netflix’s official series page and Netflix’s case update.

What has the FBI said, and is there a reward?
The FBI notice reviewed lists Bradley as wanted/missing and states a reward of up to $100,000. The notice describes the reward as applying to information leading to her recovery and to information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person or persons responsible. The amount is the reward ceiling stated on the FBI notice, not a guarantee of payment. Check the FBI notice for its current terms.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What remains unconfirmed?
- Whether Bradley is alive or where she is now.
- The circumstances of her disappearance and what happened afterward.
- Whether any reported sighting is genuine. Netflix discusses alleged sightings, but the cited material does not establish that one has been verified.
- Responsibility for the disappearance. Netflix reports that the FBI found no evidence to charge Alastair Douglas in connection with the case; suspicion or allegations are not a finding of guilt. Netflix’s case update discusses the theories and reported sightings.
Keeping these categories separate matters: the FBI notice documents the missing-person status, the family has stated its belief, and sightings and theories remain claims unless corroborated by authoritative evidence.
