What cosmetic procedures has Meredith Marks said she had?
In a September 2026 backstage interview with Bravo before Season 7, Marks said she had a facelift in Beverly Hills between seasons. She said, “I’m happy, I love it,” and suggested viewers might be more surprised by her openness than by the procedure. Bravo’s Season 7 interview covered the disclosure.
In a first-person interview published by Marie Claire on September 24, 2026, Marks said the operation took place in February 2026 and named Dr. Garo Kassabian as her surgeon. She said she wanted to look like a refreshed version of herself and had not intended to hide the procedure. Marks also said she returned to her DJ tour 10 days after surgery and that the operation was four weeks before filming. Marks framed the choice as personal, saying, “Women should feel empowered to do whatever they want, whatever makes them feel good.”

Did Lisa Barlow say she had a facelift?
No. In Peacock’s report on the Season 6 reunion, published January 14, 2026, Barlow denied a castmate’s allegation that she had a facelift. The report says Barlow described going two years without Botox or treatment in her cheeks, having a CO2 laser treatment around Christmas, and having threads. She also said she did not like filler. Those are Barlow’s reported statements, not independently verified treatment records. Peacock’s reunion report recounts the exchange.
Barlow said, “I am so happy with what I have done, and I like myself, no matter how I look.” Her denial addresses the facelift allegation; it does not negate the other treatments she described.

What did Whitney Rose disclose at the 2021 reunion?
At the Season 1 reunion, reported by Bravo on February 11, 2021, Rose said, “I have everything. I have Botox, filler in my lips, these are natural,” while gesturing to her chest. Asked by Andy Cohen whether her breasts had been done since filming, she replied, “They’re higher.” The account does not establish that she had a specific breast procedure. Bravo’s reunion coverage records the exchange.
What did Jen Shah say about her nose and other treatments?
In the same 2021 reunion coverage, Shah said she had fillers and Botox. She said a procedure on her nose repaired an injury after her son accidentally head-butted her, and said she had not had plastic surgery on her face. These are Shah’s descriptions of her own history, not independently verified medical records.

What these disclosures do—and do not—show
The public accounts differ in date and in what they describe: Marks disclosed a facelift in 2026; Barlow described nonsurgical treatments and disputed a facelift allegation at the 2026 reunion; Rose and Shah spoke about treatments at a 2021 reunion. Botox, filler, a CO2 laser, threads, and a facelift are distinct procedures or treatments, but the cited entertainment reports do not compare their medical risks, outcomes, or suitability.

- Rose’s comment that her breasts were “higher” does not identify a procedure.
