Hotels and property are the most visible operating assets
Rostower and the real-estate portfolio
Spanish business newspaper Cinco Días describes Rostower as a Spanish listed SOCIMI—a property-investment company—and reports that its portfolio includes hotels and other properties. That makes it a real-estate holding, not simply a hotel brand. The available coverage links Rostower to Messi’s business interests, but does not provide a portfolio-wide schedule of his personal ownership stakes. Cinco Días, January 2025
MiM Hotels: ownership and operation are different roles
The MiM hotel portfolio reported by Cinco Días comprises six properties in Andorra, Baqueira, Ibiza, Mallorca, Sitges and Sotogrande. The same report describes a separate 15-room property in Salardú. A later Cinco Días report says Meliá took over operation of the six MiM properties under The Meliá Collection, after an earlier arrangement with Majestic. Companies for image rights, startup investment and production
Limecu and Leo Messi Management
Cinco Días describes Limecu España 2010 as a holding structure and Leo Messi Management as the company used for image-rights activity; it reports Rodrigo Messi as administrator. Image-rights income is a commercial activity, but it is not the same thing as revenue from an operating business such as a hotel company. Play Time Sports-Tech Holdco was launched in 2022 as an investment vehicle focused on startups in sport, media and technology, according to Cinco Días. That makes it a route for investing in companies, not evidence that Messi operates or owns every startup it may back. The cited reporting does not identify specific portfolio holdings. Cinco Días

525 Rosario is a content-production venture with Smuggler Entertainment. Coverage describes its intended work across film, television, sports and digital formats. Restaurants, drinks and consumer collaborations
Infobae reported in October 2026 that Messi had joined Argentine restaurant chain El Club de la Milanesa as a partner. The same report names L10 Wines, Más+ hydration drinks, Messi Fragrances and a Messi x Stanley 1913 product collaboration among his consumer-business associations. Those descriptions establish reported partnerships or brand connections, not the size of a stake or the legal ownership structure of each venture. Infobae
Messi-branded clothing is supported by a licensing record
A 2023 MGO Global Form 10-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission describes The Messi Brand apparel business and says Leo Messi Management granted trademark rights to the licensee. This is evidence of a licensing arrangement; it does not show that Messi owns MGO Global. The filing is historical and does not verify which products or sellers are currently available. SEC Form 10-K

What the reported financial figures do—and do not—show
Cinco Días reported the following company-level figures. They refer to different entities and reporting years, so they should not be combined as if they were Messi’s personal income or a valuation of his overall portfolio.

Why “businesses owned” needs qualification
The public picture combines several distinct relationships: a reported family-linked holding structure, a real-estate company, an investment vehicle, a production venture, restaurant partnership, consumer brands, image-rights activity and licensed merchandise. Those categories are not interchangeable. A licensing deal does not mean the licensee belongs to Messi; a hotel operator does not thereby own the hotel; and an investment vehicle does not establish ownership of every company in which it invests.
The reporting cited here does not provide an audited, current schedule of Messi’s ownership stakes across all the named ventures or a comparable valuation for each division. It therefore supports a map of businesses and commercial relationships associated with him, not a definitive ranking of what he personally owns or the total value of an “LM10 empire.” EFE attributes to Messi at the American Business Forum in Miami in November 2025 the remark: «El tema empresarial es algo que me interesa.
