Leah Remini’s former Studio City home was reported sold for $9.3 million in July 2024—not $8.5 million. The $10.5 million figure reported earlier that year was its latest asking price, not the sale price. The large estate combined formal entertaining rooms with a home theater, guesthouse, pool and putting green.

Where was Leah Remini’s former home?

The house was in Studio City, in the Lockridge Estates/Fryman Canyon area. Realtor.com described it as a gated property on a cul-de-sac, set on about 1.5 acres. Its location and scale made it a private estate within Los Angeles rather than a typical city lot. (Realtor.com, May 3, 2024)

How much did the house sell for?

Realtor.com reported that the home sold for $9.3 million in July 2024. That followed a reported latest asking price of $10.5 million in May 2024; an earlier report put its initial 2022 asking price at $12.995 million. These are different points in the listing history, not interchangeable estimates of the final sale. (Realtor.com, July 11, 2024; Realtor.com, May 3, 2024; Realtor.com, July 11, 2024)

Realtor.com also reported that Remini and her husband bought the property in 2003 for $3.75 million. That purchase figure alone does not establish a profit: the cited coverage does not account for renovations, financing, carrying expenses or transaction costs.

What did the home look like inside?

Entry and formal rooms

The interior opened into a foyer with a 20-foot ceiling and a staircase. A study featured custom built-ins and wainscoting. The formal living room had a vaulted ceiling, wet bar and fireplace, with doors opening to the backyard. In the formal dining room, custom millwork and garden views gave the space a more traditional feel. (Realtor.com, May 3, 2024)

Kitchen and family spaces

The kitchen was described with a curved counter and central island with a sink, plus a breakfast nook. Upstairs, the house included a second-floor family room and a home theater. Architectural Digest’s 2023 listing-era overview also noted the double-height foyer, twisting staircase, upper-level bedrooms and theater. (Realtor.com, May 3, 2024; Architectural Digest, 2023)

Primary suite and additional rooms

The primary suite included a sitting area, two bathrooms and multiple terraces. The property’s other listed spaces included a laundry room and a glam room. Realtor.com reported three fireplaces across the home. (Realtor.com, May 3, 2024)

What were the estate’s standout features?

Realtor.com described the residence as roughly 10,100 square feet, with six bedrooms, on about 1.5 acres. Beyond the main house, the estate included a guesthouse, an infinity pool and a putting green. These amenities, together with its theater and formal rooms, made the property suited to both entertaining and private family use. (Realtor.com, May 3, 2024; Realtor.com, July 11, 2024)

Is it still Leah Remini’s home?

No. The property was reported sold in July 2024, so it is best understood as Remini’s former home, not a current listing or residence attributed to her. The $8.5 million figure in the headline wording is not supported by the cited transaction coverage; the reported sale was $9.3 million.
